(a) Business Leadership Program
This is perhaps the most important 12 months in the career of those who join Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan as Management Trainees. The Business Leadership Programme is a structured induction that takes new talent by the hand and walks them through the Company's culture, philosophy, competencies required to excel, and its business processes. On the job training and project assignments give them an insight into the Company's business and prepares them to be future leaders. The 12-month cross-functional exposure, with periodic reviews, mentor guidance and the hands-on training ensures quick adaptation to our unique and result-oriented work culture.

(b) Individual Development
Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan firmly believes that the onus of one's career lies as much with the individual as with the organisation. Thus, the employee can chalk out their career path and take responsibility for achieving it. The Individual Development Plan is a development planning process that helps the employee assess his or her strengths, identify developmental needs and target specific action plans. The company encourages individual efforts by sharing the responsibility and commitment to individual development and provides various opportunities. These could include a training Program or cross-functional exposure or even overseas assignments.
